Accessing multiple tenants

If you have been setup as a user on more than one tenant, you will use the same email and password to access both tenants. Simply enter your email address and password on the login page, and then you will see a tenant selection screen (like below) after you login:



Simply select the tenant you wish to access and this will take you to the contract dashboard for that tenant.

Tenant switching in the web app

If you wish to access a different tenant after you have logged in, follows these steps:
  1. Click on the user icon in the top right corner of the page (the one displaying your initials).

  2. Select "Switch tenant" to view the list of tenants you have access to.

  3. Click on the name of the tenant you wish to access.

Tenant switching in the Word add-in

Follow these steps to switch tenants after you have logged into the Word add-in:
  1. Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the add-in.

  2. There will be an option in the drop-down called "Account" (highlighted below).

  3. Click on "Account" to view the list of tenants that you have access to, and then select the tenant you wish to switch to.
