Adding Multiple New Contracts Online

If you have many contracts of the same deal type to review, you can add them all to ThoughtRiver in one action to save time.

Interactive Demo

Adding multiple new contracts for negotiation from the browser is easy. Simply log in to your company's ThoughtRiver account and follow these steps:

  1. Click + New Negotiation.
  2. Select the Deal Type that most closely describes your contract.
  3. Select Files to Upload or drag and drop your contract files to the upload area.
  4. Click Next to send your files for review.

ThoughtRiver does not ask you to confirm the parties in the wizard when uploading multiple files at the same time. If we cannot identify the parties in one or more of your files, you'll see a yellow message asking you to set the parties from the negotiations table.
