Getting Started with Customized Checklists

Use AI to assist any contract review with or without a playbook using pre-trained Lexible® Questions.

Customized Checklist is designed to give you a quick overview of the key data in your contract and can help guide you through the contract.  To get started, you'll see a selection key contract information typically reviewed in most contract types automatically displayed on the Summary tab when you open a contract.

From the Summary tab you can:

If a playbook policy has not been set-up for your deal type, then risk levels and issue cards will not be generated.

Your Checklist Questions & Answers

There are numerous types of Lexible Questions to choose from for your checklist. Each question that you add to your checklist appears as a new item on the Summary tab with a short description of the Lexible Question, the question's answer and an importance level (if applicable).

Lexible Question Unselected

Lexible Questions will be highlighted when selected and display the full Lexible Question for context and clarity. You can also find more information about the Lexible Question and understand how the Lexible Question was trained by clicking the information icon.

Notification Bar

Selecting  a checklist item will also display a notification bar at the top of the contract allowing you to navigate through linked or related clauses so you can explore how ThoughtRiver interpreted the contract terms.

Use the arrows to navigate through the contract to all linked and related clauses to help review the contract more quickly.

Linked Clauses

The notification bar displays linked clauses when the answer is yes or has been found.Screen Shot 2022-12-31 at 11.33.50 pm

Related Clauses

The notification bar displays related clauses when the answer to the specific question is no or not in the contract.Screen Shot 2022-12-31 at 11.34.07 pm

Notification bars do not display above the contract in the Microsoft Word Add-in due to Microsoft restrictions.
