You can create your own customised checklists for specific deal types, using the 'Edit checklists' panel
How do I customize a checklist?
Checklists can be customised using the 'Edit checklists panel'.
- Click on the ‘Edit checklists’ button towards the top of the Summary Panel:

- What am I looking at?
The Edit Checklists panel displays a list of all pre-trained Lexible questions which are available for selection, and their answers. They are organised alphabetically, by theme. - How do I find a question to select/ de-select?
- By default, when you open the panel, the ‘show selected only’ toggle will be on. To select a new question, make sure you turn the toggle off. It should look like this:
- To de-select a question, keep the ‘show selected only’ toggle on, as this means you will only see selected questions.
- User the search bar
The type-ahead search bar will help you refine the list of questions
- Use the themes. You can collapse and expand all displayed themes using the expand/ collapse button.
- You can collapse and expand individual themes using the arrow next to that theme, and browse, or use in conjunction with the search bar
3. How do I select a question?
To select a question, click in the box next to the question and see the tick display. If there are no other questions within that theme selected, you will see that the theme (Agency/ Principal here) will also select and show in blue with a white line
For each theme, you can see the number of Lexible questions in the theme, and the number of selected questions within the theme.
The total number of questions selected will display at the top of the Edit checklists panel.
4. How do I de-select a question?To de-select a question, click on the tick and you will see the tick disappear. If there are no other questions within that theme selected, you will see that theme also de-select.
5. Select a theme to select all questions in that themeTo select all questions within a theme, click on the box next to the theme. It will display blue with a white tick, which means all questions within that theme are selected. To de-select the whole theme, click on the ticked box next to the theme.
Ordering items in your checklist
The default summary panel template displays Lexible questions in alphabetical order. When you add new questions to your checklist, they will automatically appear at the bottom of your checklist.
You can move checklist items using the 'drag and drop' icon. Hover anywhere over the Lexible question field and you will see the 6 dot drag and drop icon display to the left of the Lexible field name. Click, drag, and drop the item to its preferred location in the checklist.
We will save the new order of your checklist so that it displays in that order wherever the checklist is used. The order of the checklist will also persist in the 'Contract Summary' view of the contract Report.
