Login Troubleshooting

Easy Steps to Quickly Get You Back into ThoughtRiver

Common Issues:

  • You have reached the ThoughtRiver login page but cannot log in with your normal credentials.
  • You selected the “Reset Password” option, but no email was received.
  • You landed on a ThoughtRiver page that reads “Oops!, something went wrong!”

This may not be the region you live or work in. For example, if your company's headquarters are in Germany but you live in Australia, your hosted region may be the United Kingdom.

  • Check with your administrator if you're unsure which region to select.

If You’re Unable to Log In:

  1. If using the correct link allows you to connect but your bookmark does not, you may have bookmarked the incorrect link. Ensure you are bookmarking the correct link provided above.

  2. Try clearing your browser cache:

    • Close all tabs in your current browser.
    • Re-open the browser and press Ctrl + Shift + Del.
    • From the “Delete browser history” panel, uncheck all options except “Temporary Files and website files”.
    • Click Delete to empty the cache.
  3. If neither of the above steps resolves the issue, log a support ticket:

    • Include a screenshot of the error message you are seeing.
    • Advise your CSM of the urgency or any fix deadline.
