      PDF files can reduce the quality of ThoughtRiver's ability to read the document as there is a process to convert PDF files into text.

      Things that can affect the quality or ability of ThoughtRiver to appropriately read a PDF File include:

      • Poor quality scans with blurry text
      • Pictures of a contract in PDF file
