Use Familiarity AI for a holistic commercial review of your contracts
The Familiarity intelligence feature is designed to help you dig deeper into the drafting of the contract you are reviewing. Together with the risk designated by the policy for a provision, the Familiarity level completes the review process by looking at the wording of your contract.
To get started, select the 'Familiarity' bar at the top of either the Summary or Issues tabs.
From the Summary tab you can:
- View the familiarity bar, hovering over each section for explanatory tooltips
- View the familiarity heatmap
- Navigate using the notification banner
From the issues tab you can:
- View the familiarity bar
- View the familiarity heatmap
- Filter issues by Familiarity
To enable the Familiarity Intelligence feature as part of your review:
- There must be at least 1 signed contract in the Deal Type where you are reviewing your contract
- We recommend there be at least 1 contract set as a template for the Deal Type where you are reviewing your contract
