Getting Started with a Contract Report

The Report tab provides a summary of a negotiation's issues and other data that you can share internally or externally for collaboration. You can filter for specific issues and choose relevant information about them to include in the report.



Party Information displays the names of the organizations that are entering into this contract. The report displays the first Formal Name on the list from when the parties were set. You may change the names displayed by editing the parties.


The Table displays data based on the selected View or the Filters and Columns applied. 

The following columns appear as default:

  1. Status
  2. Importance
  3. Linked Clause(s)
  4. Summary
  5. Description
  6. Last Updated

You may customize the columns you want to display, share, or export by editing the columns.
