Filtering and Sorting on Reports

Once you have created a Report, you may use the filter on a column to display your desired relevant information. 

 

Filtering

  1. Access a report
  2. Hover on the column you wish to filter and open the three dot menu
  3. Select Filter from the menu
  4. Type in or select from given options the value you want to filter for
  5. Your table will automatically update

Multiple filters can be applied at the same time. The table will now only show contracts that meet the selected criteria.

Sorting

  1. Access a report
  2. Hover on the column you wish to filter and click the arrow next to the name
  3. First click will sort the column in ascending order. A second click will sort in descending order.

Holding the SHIFT key as you click another column's sort arrow will allow you to sort on multiple columns.

 

Pin columns to the left or right to keep them visible while scrolling through the report
