Editing an Issue

ThoughtRiver allows you to edit an Issue at any time. 

By design, any changes that a user makes is regarded as the 'correct answer'. As the expert in this negotiation, you can use ThoughtRiver created issues as guidance, edit or correct them given the context of this negotiation. You can also make edits to any Issues you, your business colleagues or your clients make as well.

Any changes you make to Issues created by ThoughtRiver will remain within the current negotiation only. We do not make any changes to configured Playbooks. This ensures standard policies are always followed with every contract review.

Automatically Saved Changes

All changes to the issue are automatically saved. You'll see our save icon animating confirming the changes have been saved.
