Creating a New Negotiation by Email

You must be an active registered user on your company's account in order to create a new negotiation.

The easiest way to create a new negotiation is to simply email the contract to ThoughtRiver. Your company administrator can share the unique account email provided by ThoughtRiver in order to submit your contracts.

  1. Create a new email in Outlook or your preferred email client
  2. Fill in the TO: field with your company's unique account email for the stream you wish to review the contract under
  3. Attach the contract for your new negotiation
  4. Hit Send

You're all set! ThoughtRiver will keep you updated on the progress of receiving and completing our analysis of your contract via email.

We recommend that business colleagues use the unique account email(s) to submit new contracts. This helps legal teams streamline their intake process and ensures all new contracts have been reviewed by ThoughtRiver.
