Yes, users can be restricted from accessing a contract through deal type access.
For example, users Mark and Lauren can be granted access to the 'NDA' deal type, while users Tim and Fiona can be assigned to the 'Procurement' deal type.
- Mark and Lauren will be able to access any contract in NDA, but nothing in Procurement.
- Tim and Fiona will be able to access any contract in Procurement, but nothing in NDA.
There is currently no way to limit permissions within a deal type, but is on our roadmap to add additional options in the future.
