Adding a new contract for negotiation from the browser is super easy. Simply log in to your company's ThoughtRiver account and follow these steps from the homepage:
- Click + New Negotiation
- Select the Deal Type most closely describes your contract
- Click Select Document(s) or drag and drop your contract file(s) to the upload area
- Confirm or correct the parties identified by the system.
- Click Review
You're all set! ThoughtRiver will keep you updated on the progress of receiving and completing our analysis of your contract with system notifications and a progress bar on the table.
